Samen met mede-BoschBal-organisatrice Flois van Wietingen (fluit) en de ervaren accordeonist Jorind Josemans begint hij een balgroep waarvoor hij nog een bassist(e) en een percussionst(e) zoekt. Naast balmuziek streven ze er ook naar zich te richten op concertrepertoire.

Noël Josemans's Summary
I am currently working on further development of my "spider in the web' method. This means that I act as a spider (bridge builder) in my web (context). So as creative agog, I can give direction to people, communities and processes. I am behaving as an independent person and approximate everyone always equal, just as a human being. Everyone partisipates, in his own talent. That means 1+1=3!

It is my goal to deploy this model in any desired context to be put to an agogic goal. This can be social cohesion and cultural citizenship in a certain district, setting up and managing a multidisciplinary project or connecting different communities or worlds.

In the future I want to realize different social, cultural and personal projects, both profit and non-profit. I work project commissioned or on own initiative.
